AI Invoice Generator provides an online invoice creation tool with AI-powered enhancement features. The Service allows users to create invoices, enhance them using artificial intelligence, generate PDF downloads, and manage billing documents. The Service currently includes a Free mode and a Pro Preview mode with varying features.

3. User Accounts

The current version of our Service does not require account creation. Some settings and convenience features may be stored locally in your browser on the device you are using.

4. Free and Pro Preview

4.1 Free Plan

The Free plan includes standard invoice generation, AI enhancement, PDF download, multi-currency support, and a small watermark on exported PDFs.

4.2 Pro Preview

Pro Preview shows additional features described on our Pricing page, such as multiple templates, logo support, saved recent clients, saved item suggestions, and advanced document modes. Pricing shown for Pro reflects our planned paid tier and may change before live billing is introduced.

4.3 Future Billing

If we later introduce live paid subscriptions, these Terms will be updated to describe billing, cancellation, and refund terms before checkout is enabled.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create fraudulent, misleading, or illegal invoices
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service excessively
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding user-generated invoice data), is owned by AI Invoice Generator and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all invoice data and content you create using the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your invoice data.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our AI enhancement feature generates suggestions for item descriptions, payment terms, and notes. While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, AI-generated content may contain errors or inappropriate suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content on your invoices before sending them to clients. We are not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated invoice content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Invoices generated through our Service are tools for your business use, and you are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Invoice Generator and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
